Only one of nine Athol deeds shows a sale price this period
Nine properties changed hands in Athol between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only one deed carries a recorded sale price so far: a $170,000 transfer from seller Irvin Hartin to J Directed LLC. The other eight transfers, on streets including Columbian Avenue (two deeds recorded the same day), Chestnut Hill Avenue, Rice Street, Woodlawn Road, Everett Avenue, Humphrey Place and South Street, have no price posted yet, typical of a short data lag at the registry. Several sellers are financial institutions or trusts rather than individuals. With pricing data this thin, the period's market tone cannot yet be characterized as strong or weak.
